Bill first started handling complex civil litigation 30 years ago. As an attorney with a civil firm in Waco, Texas, Bill handled the defense of counties and cities in federal court. At the same time, Bill represented doctors in medical malpractice cases. During his military career as a Judge Advocate with the Army at Ft. Hood, Texas, Bill represented military doctors in malpractice claims. For the past dozen years or so, Bill has handled civil cases from the perspective of the Plaintiff or claimant. Fatal truck wrecks, accidental shootings, and assaults by corporate employees, are some of the cases handled successfully.
Using his law enforcement background, Bill has represented inmates in private jails who have been sexually assaulted by guards, and families affected by violent acts committed by inmates who escaped from private jails.
